Reflection on Week One
I find the course offers intersting ways of accessing new material.
I am enjoying the self exploration time we are given after a new concept is taught.
I am finding the material very rich.
I want to learn more about how to expand the range of my facial muscles, and to learn to make more un-human noises.
I'll keep trying to achieve transparency.

I'm still looking to achieve transparency.
I can feel it somtimes, an egoless opening, a sharing of
everything without judgement.
I want to take home this generousity of performance.
